  A nonprofit retirement community

Culpepper Garden has been home to low- and moderate-income seniors since 1975. We offer both independent and assisted living in comfortable, convenient and secure apartments in Arlington, VA.

Rising costs in the Washington, DC, area and longer lives have eroded the savings of local seniors. At Culpepper Garden, residents pay rent based on their income.

But Culpepper Garden is more than a place to live — it is a place to call home. It is an active, vibrant community, where residents enjoy companionship (or privacy), activities, help with day-to-day tasks and more.
